The New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center (TBBC) provides free public library service to New Jersey residents of all ages who cannot easily read standard printed materials due to a visual impairment, physical handicap or a learning disability.
TBBC, a division of the New Jersey State Library, is supported by funding from the State of New Jersey and the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act and is a cooperating network library of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped of the Library of Congress (NLS). The New Jersey State Library is affiliated with Thomas Edison State College.
